PBS&T extractor P/N CP_0008_N6 is a direct replacement for consumable extractor 403527312631 with 65nA maximum beam current in FEI G2 Sidewinder and G3 Tomahawk Focused Ion Beam (FIB) columns made by former FEI Company – now Thermo Fisher Scientific. PBS&T consumables are cleaned for Ultra High Vacuum (UHV) service, packaged in membrane box cleaned to Class-100/ISO-5 requirements, and shipped in vacuum-sealed poly bag, ready to install. Each CA_0008_N6 extractor is uniquely identified by laser-marked serial number, PBS&T logo, and 2-56 type of the mounting thread. This new extractor was designed and tested to be compatible with FEI G2 Sidewinder and G3 Tomahawk 30kV focused ion beam columns operating with 65nA maximum ion beam current. It may be used for routine maintenance of Strata, Certus, CLM, ExSolve, Helios, V600, FIB 400, FIB 400ACE, and other Focused Ion Beam (FIB) and dual-beam FIB/SEM systems originally manufactured by former FEI Company – now Thermo Fisher Scientific. Replacement of disposable OEM P/N 403527312631 suppressor by PBS&T CA_0008_N6 part provides cost-effective alternative for OEM consumable suppressor, while saving up to US$900 over the cost of OEM replacement. PBS&T parts designed as cost-effective drop-in replacement of OEM consumables for routine maintenance of Focused Ion Beam (FIB), Scanning Electron Microscope (SEM), and dual-beam FIB/SEM equipment. All PBS&T consumables are carefully produced to electron-optical specifications, cleaned for high-voltage service in ultrahigh-vacuum environment, packaged in Class 100 (ISO-5) cleaned membrane boxes, and shipped vacuum-sealed ready to install. Successful installation and reliable operation of SEM and FIB consumables is highly dependent on qualification of the installer. We would gladly provide advice and other reasonable support for DIY installation. However, due to extremely sensitive nature of electron and ion optical parts and high value of SEM and FIB equipment, we can not provide any formal warranties, guarantee compatibility with any particular instrument, or suitability of these parts for any particular purpose.
