This lamp is exclusive and has a built-in dimmer installed on the lamp itself. This dimmer dial becomes a necessity when you’re running a lamp of this quality and size. Once the lamp reaches its maximum temperature then you can slowly dial back the brightness of the lamp to achieve the flow rate you desire. We recommend once lamp is at full temperature to reduce dimmer to 80% for best results and longevity. 27” Tall Grande Lava LampCustom Wax Color Yellow Lava WaxCustom Crystal-Clear Fluid Please keep in mind when viewing the photos and videos, the actual color of the wax will change depending on the temperature of the wax as well as the intensity of the light settings as well as the light conditions and temperature in the room. The blends are a number of different wax colors combined together for original color spectrum. These lamps are sealed with a professional grade compress fitting, clean out plug, and will not leak during transportation. Please Read and follow the Entire User Official Manual LavaLampMANUFACTUER USER MANUAL DO NOT REMOVE BOTTLE CAP FROM GLASS GLOBE. Safety, Care, and Maintenance Instructions. Do not remove the cap on the globe or add anything to the globe. The air space at the top of the globe is necessary in order to allow for the expansion of contents. Breaking the seal on the globe shall void the warranty. • Remove all excess packaging before assembling. • Check and see if the light bulb and socket in the lamp base are centered and tightened prior to turning on the lamp. The socket may have moved during shipping. If this has occurred, then gently use your fingers to re-center the socket. • Only use provided bulb. Variances in bulb size or wattage will produce unsatisfactory operation, fire, or possible breakage of the globe.• Run the lamp on a clean and flat surface, away from heated surfaces and direct sunlight. Direct sunlight may cause colors to fade. • Do not place the lamp near sources of heat or cold, such as a heater or air conditioner. Lamp should be operated at room temperatures between 68-75º F / 21-24º C.• Allow the lamps (except 18.5”) to warm up for 2 to 3 hours to ensure it performs at its optimal level. For 18.5” lamps, allow 4 to 6 hours. Note: All LAVA® motion lamps have a free-floating coil inside the globe. This is to accelerate the heating process.• Do not run lamp for longer than 10 hours at a time. • Exercise caution when handling the lamp while it is plugged in. The lamp will take 2 to 3 hours to cool after it has been turned off. • To disconnect, turn all controls to the off position, then remove plug from outlet. • Handle product with care; the glass globe may break if subjected to any form of sudden impact. If it becomes necessary to clean up broken glass first unplug unit and then use care and safety precautions. (Refer to Clean-Up Instructions below for details.) • Do not force polarized plug into an outlet. As safety precaution, one blade is wider and can only be inserted one way into the outlet. • Do not use any other means to heat up motion lamp besides bulb provided or attempt to cool it down artificially. • Do not shake the lamp while the product is warm. Lamp will become cloudy and unable to repair. • This product is intended for personal indoor household use only – Do not use outdoors. • If the LAVA® lamp has a USB port for charging (5V 1A USB rating) – the USB charging port will only work if the lamp is turned on. To use the USB Charging Port, insert the USB cable into the USB Power Charging Port and connect your smart device to the USB cable. To ensuring proper docking look for the charging icon on your smart device. The USB cable does not come with lamp.
